SHORT-TERM DISABILITY provides a weekly benefit of a minimum of $100 per week to a maximum of 60% of your weekly wage (up to $1,750 per week) for non-work related accidents or illnesses. (During the first 12 months of the policy, benefits are excluded for disabilities related to a pre-existing condition.)
