There may be times when you want to offer higher amounts of coverage for a specific set of employees. This is where our Executive Level Plan fits your needs. This plan offers many of the same features and benefits of the Lifestyle Plan but with higher face amount coverages.
Leaders Executive Level offers…
Portability the same as the Lifestyle Plan.
Accelerated Benefit is an option on this plan. The employee may choose to purchase a policy with or without this feature.
Term Life Insurance to Age 100 the same as the Lifestyle Plan.
Premiums are based on the applicant’s age, gender, and cigarette usage.
Family Protection is also an option on this plan. The spouse may be covered on an individual policy or as a rider. The children can be covered by the Child Rider.
Underwriting is more complete under this plan. All policies applied for under the Executive Level Plan will require a minimum of blood and urine samples.
