Our Successful Enrollment Process

There are many ways to enroll new groups and Leaders Life can customize a method that best meets your needs and the work environment. With the enrollment dynamic listed below, we routinely receive 50% or more participation.

The successful enrollment includes…

	Brief group informational meetings lasting roughly 15 minutes. Employees can then take the information home to review with their family to see if it is a good fit for them.
	One-on-One follow-up happens in the next day or so with employees who stated interest from the meeting.
	Tools to Success... Simple 1 page application* Interest Cards – allow us to follow up with only the employees who would like to talk with us further* Paycheck stuffers highlighting the Lifestyle Plan benefits* Letters announcing the date, time, and location of the meeting $1,000 Free Group Accidental Death & Dismemberment available to any employee who attends a mandatory meeting. They are not obligated to anything!
	* These materials are available in Spanish as well as our brochures, and AD&D enrollment cards.
