How long have you been in business?

Our CEO, Burt B. Holmes, founded our company in 1988 in Tulsa Oklahoma. Since then, we have grown to offer our products not only in Oklahoma, but also in Texas, Arkansas, and Kansas.

Have you ever lost a group because of billing issues?

We have NEVER lost a group because of billing issues. The outstanding individuals we have working for us in our Billing Department make sure that your group appreciates you for introducing them to Leaders Life Insurance Company. From easy to read monthly bills to sub-group capability, you, and your groups will be very pleased with our billing process.

When it comes to enrollments, my staff is spread thin. Does Leaders Life Insurance Company offer any enrollment support?

Absolutely! If the right enrollment dynamic is created, we are more than happy to offer our Expert Enrollers the opportunity to work with you.

How are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid as earned. When the group pays us, then you are paid. This alleviates the charge back hassle you may experience with other carriers.

When are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid on the 10th of every month. If the 10th of the month falls on a weekend, then the check is dated for the Friday before the 10th.

Is your commission statement user friendly?

Our commission statements are very user friendly and easily allow you to see the individual business versus the group business submitted.

Do you have direct deposit for my commissions?

As of right now, we do not offer this feature. We are constantly striving to upgrade our technology and hope to have this available to you soon.

Many Carriers that I work with are outsourcing their Customer Service Departments. How does Leaders Life Insurance Company rate?

We offer outstanding customer service in every area of the company. From the Enrollment Sales Specialists to the Underwriting Department to the Billing Department, your and your groups will be delighted you chose Leaders Life Insurance Company. Our customer service starts with hiring only the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated individuals in their areas of expertise. With an average length of employment of our staff being 5 years, you can rest assured that the relationships your build with our staff will last. Additionally, we allow our staff to build on their professional development pursuing LOMA designations. This allows our staff to provide varying knowledgeable viewpoints on issues that arise.

At other Carriers, I am not allowed to talk with an Underwriter and this can be frustrating. Is this the same thing with Leaders Life Insurance Company?

At Leaders, we allow you to talk directly to an Underwriter. Whether you are in front of a client or in your car, they are available to you. We feel that when you need us the most, a live person should be there to help.

Each year I am faced with rising premiums from many of the Carriers I work with. This means that I have to deliver bad news onto my groups. When was the last time Leaders Life Insurance Company raised its premiums?

Premium rates are locked in and are guaranteed never to increase. In fact, we have never had an increase in our offered rates the entire time we have been in business!

How quickly will the applications that I submit be issued?

The majority of our policies are issued within 5 to 7 days for our Lifestyle product and longer for Executive Level product or individual applications.

What is the percent of policies that you issue?

We currently issue 89% of the applications submitted to us and our rejection rate is only 7%.
